As of 2 November 2023, we have been required to remove the call screening feature from our Android/Google mobile app. A new version of the app is available in the Google Play Store, which retains all the other existing features. You can still view nearby alerts, check phone numbers, and make reports as usual.
After more than a decade of offering automatic call screening on Google/Android, we regret to inform you that this feature has been discontinued due to legal reasons. While we are unable to comment further on this decision, we want to assure everyone that our commitment to operating the sex work safety scheme remains unchanged. We will continue to do everything in our power to improve safety for sex workers despite this setback.
We are actively working to try and get the Android call screening feature reinstated, but we cannot say if or when this might happen.
